PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OSMINE

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods in OSMINE's online store at www.osmine.com. (referred to as the Online Store). We have tried to make the terms and conditions as simple and clear as possible, so that you know what you can expect from us - and what we expect from you.

The terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act and other relevant Norwegian legislation, as well as the Norwegian Consumer Authority's recommended standard terms and conditions of sale for consumer purchases on the internet.

When you make a purchase with us, you enter into a binding agreement and at the same time confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of purchase.

1. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement between you as a customer and Osmine is considered binding when you have received an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation contains information about the ordered goods, price, delivery costs and the chosen payment and delivery method.

Osmine reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious price errors, out-of-stock items or other errors that occur during the ordering process. If an order is canceled, you will be informed as soon as possible and any amounts paid will be refunded.

2. Prices and payment


Available payment methods are listed at checkout and may include Vipps, payment cards and Klarna.

When choosing Klarna, you enter into a separate payment agreement with Klarna. Any dunning and late fees incurred through Klarna are covered by the customer.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery options

Osmine offers delivery with reputable Norwegian carriers:

  • Porterbuddy – same-day delivery in selected areas (Day after Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim. Order all items before 11:00 for same-day delivery in the Oslo area.
  • Posten/Bring – delivery to a pickup location, parcel box or home delivery.
  • Instabox – Fast delivery to parcel lockers where available.
  • Helthjem - Delivery to door, mailbox and pick-up point.
  • PostNord - Parcel machine.

Available delivery options and estimated delivery time are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery address and shipping method selected.

All orders over 4000kr will still be delivered to a pickup location.

3.2 Delivery time

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Expected delivery time is usually 1-5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse, depending on the delivery option and carrier selected.

3.3 Risk and ownership

The risk of the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered in accordance with the agreement. If you have agreed to delivery without a receipt, the goods are deemed to have been delivered when the carrier has confirmed delivery. After this, you bear the risk of any damage or loss.

4. Right of withdrawal

According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods, without giving any reason.

To return goods, you must use the return label that came with the package when you ordered, before sending the item back. This return label can be delivered to the nearest Posten/Bring pickup location or Post in store.

You are responsible for the return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise expressly agreed or required by law.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, among other things, to:

  • Underwear, swimwear and earrings where the seal is broken
  • Other hygiene items that are not suitable for return



5. Returns and exchanges (extended return policy)

5.1 Return

Osmine offers:

  • 14 day open purchase (money back)
  • 60-day exchange right (voucher valid for 12 months)

To return, you must use the return label that came with the package when you ordered before sending the item back. The cancellation period applies from the time you receive the item until you hand in the return. Should you need a new return label, please contact customer service and we will arrange this for you.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with original tags intact. Items with odors, stains, wear or other signs of use will not be accepted for return.

5.2 Return cost

When returning, a fee of NOK 69 will be deducted from the refund amount, corresponding to our actual costs for return handling. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

5.3 Change

Changing sizes is free of charge. To change sizes:

  • Place a new order for the desired size
  • Register return and mark as exchange
  • Enter a new order number in the return form.

6. Complaints

If the product has a defect, the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act apply. You have a minimum of 2 years right of complaint, and 5 years for products that are intended to last significantly longer.

Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. Complaints within two months after the defect was discovered are always considered timely.

Complaints are registered via www.osmine.com/retur . If the complaint is approved, Osmine will cover the return cost.

7. Processing time and refund

Returns and complaints are normally processed within 14 working days of the item being received by us. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase.

8. Pre-order

For some launches, Osmine offers pre-sales. This means you can order products before they are in stock.

8.1 Delivery by pre-order

Expected delivery times for pre-sale products are clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout. If your order contains both pre-sale products and regular in-stock items, in-stock items will be shipped first. Pre-sale products will automatically be shipped separately as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, at no additional shipping cost to you.

8.2 Payment and cancellation

Payment for pre-sale products is charged at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated in the payment method chosen. If delivery is significantly delayed, you will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the purchase with a full refund. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item.

9. Privacy

10. Customer service

We at Osmine are committed to good customer service and want to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You can contact us via chat or email. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, and we usually respond within 48 hours. Vera is available 24/7.

For the fastest possible processing, we recommend that you have your order number ready when you contact us.

11. Changes to the Terms

Osmine reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase are those that are binding for the purchase.
