Change of order

Can I cancel an order?

If the package has not been shipped from us yet: We will stop the shipment of or change your order. In case of cancellation, we will refund you for the purchase within a short time and you will receive a confirmation via email when it has been done.

Please note that even if the item has not been shipped when you contact us, we ship items continuously, so it may have been shipped by the time customer service sees your case.

If the package has been shipped from us: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order. You can of course return it to us/make an exchange when you receive it if you wish.


Can I change an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order. This applies to goods, delivery method, and address.

If the package has not been sent from us yet, we can cancel it so that you can order a new one, if you pressed the wrong size for example.

Please note that even if the item has not been shipped when you contact us, we ship items continuously, so it may have been shipped by the time customer service sees your case.

If the package has been shipped from us, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. You can of course return it to us/make an exchange when you receive it if you wish.
