The Delphine B Anglaise Dress features a beautiful blue floral print and exquisite broderie anglaise. The dress has long balloon sleeves with high, smocked elastic cuffs and a slight puff at the shoulders. It has a small ruffle trim at the neckline and a feminine V-neck. A waist seam and a detachable tie belt let you choose between a straight fit or a more nipped-in silhouette. The skirt is finished with a flounce at the hem that creates a flowy A-line shape.
